Matt Outlaw brings over 13 years of expertise in the solid waste industry and environmental/industrial cleaning sectors. As a leader known for developing innovative, results-driven solutions, Matt has built his career on a foundation of technical knowledge and practical experience.

Matt holds a double major in Environmental Sciences from Florida State University, which provided the groundwork for his professional journey. He began his career in 2012 as an Operations & Maintenance Management technician in the solid waste industry. Through dedication and commitment to excellence, he advanced to become Partner at Carlson Environmental Consultants (CEC), where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering impactful results. In 2021, Matt transitioned to the Industrial & Environmental Cleaning sector, where he now serves as Vice President at BIOVAC Industrial Services.

Throughout his career, Matt has seamlessly integrated his solid waste management expertise with industrial cleaning knowledge to provide clients with practical, cost-effective strategies. He is recognized for innovating and redefining industry standards, consistently pushing boundaries to develop new solutions. His leadership style, rooted in honesty, fortitude, and compassion, has enabled him to build and guide successful teams while fostering a culture of reliability and innovation.
